HeRAMS country implementations: Snapshot March 2026

Overview

The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) supports countries with the standardization and continuous collection, analysis, and dissemination of information on the functioning of the health system as a whole and, more specifically, on the availability of essential health services and barriers to their provision.

This infographic provides a summary of the achievements made over the past 12 months (April 2025 to March 2026) in enhancing the monitoring capacity of health service delivery units (HSDUs) at country level, utilizing the Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS). Over the course of the year, one new HeRAMS project was successfully initiated, and over 78 000 HSDU updates were submitted. This remarkable progress was made possible through a network of 6500 data contributors.
